Research Trends in Customer Churn Prediction: A Data Mining Approach

This study aims to present a very recent literature review on customer churn prediction based 40 relevant articles published between 2010 and June 2020. For searching the literature, most according Google Scholar ranking were selected collected. Then, each of scrutinized six main dimensions: Reference; Areas Research; Main Goal; Dataset; Techniques; outcomes. The research has proven that widely used data mining techniques are decision tree (DT), support vector machines (SVM) Logistic Regression (LR). process combined with massive accumulation in telecom industry increasingly mature technology motivates development application model predict behavior. Therefore, company can effectively customers, then avoid by taking measures such as reducing monthly fixed fees.
